GrimJaw is not responsible for injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper sizing, misuse, lack of supervision, modification, or failure to follow reasonable product-use instructions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
4. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

- Unauthorized transactions
- Pricing or typographical errors
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect customer information

If an order is cancelled after payment has been collected, any applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Estimated processing and delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND 90-DAY GUARANTEE
Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Eligible purchases may also be covered by our 90-Day Guarantee, subject to the conditions and exclusions described in that policy.
An approved physical return must comply with the applicable return timeframe.
For hygiene reasons, products that have been opened, worn, tried on a dog, or otherwise used may not qualify for a change-of-mind return.
Products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect should be reported according to the procedures and timeframes set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, content available through GrimJaw—including text, graphics, branding, logos, photographs, videos, layouts, product imagery, designs, and other materials—is owned by, licensed to, or lawfully used by GrimJaw.

Your purchase of GrimJaw products is made from GrimJaw rather than Shopify, except where expressly stated otherwise by an applicable Shopify service.
